RISC
RISC stands for Reduced instruction set computer. It has reduced instructions as it is register based architecture so the instructions are reduced. It has fewer addressing modes and it has fixed execution time. It is a rigid system because we don’t have many options as compared to CISC as they are all based on register based operations .The register based operation means you have to bring data from memory to register before performing any kind of operations on it. It gives faster performance as compared to CISC.
